Problem compiling Bestcrypt on Fedora 4

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem compiling Bestcrypt (www.jetico.com) on Fedora 4.  
The error messages are as follows:

# rpmbuild --rebuild BestCrypt-1.6-1.src.rpm
Installing BestCrypt-1.6-1.src.rpm
error: Legacy syntax is unsupported: copyright
error: line 5: Unknown tag: Copyright: Jetico, Inc. (c) 2004

Would anyone of U know any workarounds?
