newbie upgrade question? Fedora 2 to Fedora 3 or 4

for the upgrade, did you use:
FC3-i386-disc1.iso       617M  
FC3-i386-disc2.iso       638M  
FC3-i386-disc3.iso       637M  
FC3-i386-disc4.iso       386M  

or

FC3-i386-SRPMS-disc1.iso 563M  
FC3-i386-SRPMS-disc2.iso 563M  
FC3-i386-SRPMS-disc3.iso 562M  
FC3-i386-SRPMS-disc4.iso 562M  

or something different?
