Where to mount "miscellaneous" filesystems?

Here at BU, we use "/fs" as a root point for miscellaneous filesystems like
these. This isn't FHS-compliant in any way, and it's another top-level
directory, but Oh Well. :)

I think it's fine for *you* to put them there -- just that the distro or
other packages shouldn't.
