incompatible postgresql data base files after update from FC3 to FC4

With PostgreSQL you always have to do a time consuming dump/restore of
your databases when doing a major and even some minor version upgrades,
live with it or stop using it.

MySQL on the other hand still uses the basically same database format as
in version 3 and probably before.
