No normal TTY's in FC 4

Yes, just tried this myself, and ctrl-alt-F1 at least does nothing.

It worked fine with FC3 on the same machine, I let it do a straight
update.

Off to have a gander at /etc/inittab and see if there's anything wrong
there.
