I'm not sure how to go about fixing it, but it sounds like it could be a
bug in Squirrelmail.  The string "(none)" is a common subject line for
some MUAs when the user doesn't specify a subject.  I haven't used
Squirrelmail in a while and never encountered that error, but the first
place I'd look is the HTML source of any Squirrelmail page with the
string "(none)," to see if an incorrect link is being generated.
