Ah sure just keep adding more repo's till you fix the problem ...

Seriously, you shouldn't really be adding as many repo's as you can for 
the sake of it ... also - your using a lot of testing repo's - these 
will cause issues, and unless you have a good reason (and experience), 
you probably should not be using testing repo's ...
to get rid of the error try something like
yum --exclude=taglib update
