It's not a nine-month cycle. There will be a longer time between
releases *this time only* in order to get some major buildsystem and
other infrastructure issues sorted out, which is not practical to do in
the 6-month cycle. After FC5, it's back to 6-month cycles. At least
that's my understanding.
