strange dmesg errors with nvidia driver

Hey all,

I'm running a 2.6.12.rc5-mm2 custom compiled kernel, with agpgart unfortunatly statically built into the kernel. I am getting the following strange dmesg outputs:

Anyone have any idea what is going on and what i can do to correct the problem?
