are FC4 source RPMS for x86_64 and i386 different?

There are only differences in that not all packages are available for
all platforms, so a src.rpm dvd for x86_64 won't include a src.rpm for a
package that only is included with x86.

If you look at the ftp site, the SRPM directory in each arch is a
symlink to a single SRPM directory.
