Selinux update breaks nscd?

Ok can you update to selinux-policy-targeted-1.17.30-3.9 policy either 
via fedora-test or
from ftp://people.redhat.com/dwalsh/SELinux/FC3

And tell me if that fixes it.  This policy should be available as an 
update tonight.
