realplay RPM is nasty

Actually, I wonder if it's a good idea to just build something very
similar to the Helix package that's already in Fedora, but do it based
on realplay instead. Keep the Helix dependencies and all and do not add
the nasty realplay hooks. Mark Helix Obsolete by this package.

Of course, the distribution agreement condition still applies, if one
wants to distribute binary packages.
