FC4 broken SB Audigy controls

Had same problem with SB Live! + LiveDRIVE and amplificator linked  
with optical SPDIF, try this :

edit  /etc/modprobe.conf

option snd-emu10k1 extin=0x3fff extout=0x3fff index=0


rmmod the snd-emu10k1 module then modprobe it again, worked for me  
but can have differents hex addresses for your soundcard, anyway  
worth trying.
