Livna Yum Repository Definition

Forgive me if this was asked... I have done several searches and was
able to get most of the yum /up2date repositories to work correctly.
All but the Livna one I had in my FC3 configuration...  I traced down
the URL to validate where it was going, but I still seem to get
errors... 

Here is the .repo file...

[livna-stable]
name=Livna.org - Fedora Compatible Packages (stable)
baseurl=http://rpm.livna.org/fedora/4/$basearch/RPMS.lvn
  http://livna.cat.pdx.edu/fedora/4/$basearch/RPMS.lvn
#gpgcheck=1

I am not sure I have the URL correct, but it seems to at least get
further than I have been... 

Can anyone validate that the information/url's are correct???
