OT: Is Ranish Partition Manager good? Other free choices to resize partitions?

Hi all,

Sorry about this Off Topic but I am trying to find a free way to resize 
partitions on my computer.

I found some info about Ranish. Is it good?

Also this "Partition Resizer ver. 1.3.4" seems like a good promise. Does 
anyone have used it?

Any other recommendations?
