Newbie WIFI Question

Dear All,
I was able to install my Belkin PCI Adapter with Broadcom Chip BCM4306,
and it´ s working fine with Linuxant Driveloader using the win drivers.
The problem is the following :
After every boot I need to activate manual/reload the card driver, using
the Linuxant configuration tool.
During the boot the kernel prompt at the eth1 FAILED with the comment,
no device found.
Is there any way to avoid it ??
