That doesn't explain it. Can you post some details on what is in
your /etc/yum.conf, all your /etc/yum.repos.d/*.repo files and what
"rpm -q fedora-release" returns?

That could be from Fedora Extras Development.

Because you have tuxracer installed, which is obsoleted with it.
