winetools2.1.1 can't locate xdialog 2.1.2-1

Have you tried the wine users list? Joachim von Thadden, winetools'
developer, is quite active there. It is the de facto users list for
winetools.

I have a non-windows installation of wine and winetools running on
FC3. I won't say it has no problems, but it does what I want it to do.
