Generating splash.lss for kickstart

Hi,

I've created by own kickstart disk, but would like to change the 
splash.lss image.

Is there a tool to do this? Obviously the Fedora developers change the 
image upon each release, so there must be some logic way to do it

Any help would be appreciated.
