What version of SA are running? If it's 3.0.x, the way you've written the
rewrite command has been deprecated.
Try: rewrite_header Subject [***SPAM***]
To add the score I use: rewrite_header Subject [SPAM _SCORE_]
Example: [SPAM 15.3] Buy C1alis HERE

Use a lock file:
