Keyboard layout switching with FC3

Hi gang,

After I configure additional keyboard layouts, how do I switch from one to
the other?

The GNOME help keeps mentioning the "Keyboard Layour Switcher" but I cannot
find anything in the various menu items of the desktop panels.
All I can find is how to add the keyboard indicator icon to the top panel...
