I didn't have any problems visiting Noggin.com using
firefox-1.0.2-1.3.1. I installed Sun's 1.5.0_02 JDK and created the
symbolic link in one place to take care of both mozilla-1.7.6 and
firefox:
# ln -sf /usr/java/jdk1.5.0_02/jre/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so \
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libjavaplugin_oji.so
Did you use the correct version of the plugin?
