I've seen this occur in Fedora devel (rawhide) due to a change in util-
linux (not SELinux related), requiring an explict use of the "udp"
option for NFS mounts to force them to use UDP rather than trying TCP
first and failing in that case.  Does that help you?  mount -o udp or
add udp to the option list in your fstab.
