Intel 82801DB AC'97 audio controler issue

I also have this same card installed on my Dell
Inspiron 5150, and had the same problem on a fresh
install of fc3.
Make sure that in kmix (or your favorite audio mixer
program) with all devices listed that the levels are
up for the pcm device.  That solved my problem.
