Fwd: usb dsl modem installation

Hi,
i am trying to get my usb dsl modem to work on fedora core 3
my dsl modem type is D-Link DSL-210 ADSL Modem
i plugged it and started linux and searched through to the menus to
find how i can make the settings for it, but i failed,
how can i know if linux recognized it or not ??

how can i install my usb dsl modem?
any ideas ?

hey,

for checking whether linux recognize ur modem or not give this command
on terminal

tail -f /var/log/messages.

When u plus ur modem u will see the messages for ur modem .
