FC2: Wrong CPU usage reported on snmpd

Hi,
I'm Fedora Core 2 and can't get the net-snmp to report the
correct CPU usage.
I have no running process and the CPU usage reports 40% usage.
I use this command:
$snmpget ssCpuUser.0 ssCpuSystem.0 ssCpuIdle.0
I get this:
UCD-SNMP-MIB::ssCpuUser.0 24
UCD-SNMP-MIB::ssCpuSystem.0 0
UCD-SNMP-MIB::ssCpuIdle.0 75
which is totally bogus.
I check the result from snmpd comparing with 'top' and it should
show "1% user", but it show "40% user"

This command was working on RH9.
Is there a solution?

net-snmp version: net-snmp-5.1.1-2

Thanks
Oliver
