Using the MD5 check sum

I download both the iso files and the MD5SUM file.
then a simple command such as this should tell you if the checksum is
valid or not (A response is good, no response means they don't match).

# grep `md5sum file.iso` MD5SUM

Note: Those are the backticks in the line above.
