x86_64 Issues?

Hi all I'm thinking about getting a amd 64 bit deal PC.  I want to
load fc3 or i can  wait til FC4 ships in a few months. What problems
am I going to run into with regaurds to the 64 bit arch?
So far I think I know of these.

1.  no flash player for firefox 
2. java plugin won't work 
3. broken applications ?? 
4.  ???
