You can get the .torrent files from http://torrent.dulug.duke.edu/ (the
official torrent place for the fedora isos). If you want the torrent for
the 4 Isos of fedora core 3 for i386 , then you need this one:
http://torrent.dulug.duke.edu/heidelberg-binary-i386.torrent
