fc3, sendmail, dovecot: cannot receive from outside

It is enough to comment the DAEMON_OPTIONS out by putting a "dnl" at the
beginning. Placing a DAEMON_OPTIONS line into the sendmail.mc which does
not change the default makes no special sense.
