I'm not sure what sort of search engine that is used for the search 
engine, but it must be behind a firewall. :-)

Hopefully there will be a better solution for a search engine to locate 
messages in the future.

A good search engine should cut down on repeated messages. People could 
find answers for topics, thus cutting down on the list volume.
