IIIMF under English KDE session

On my KDE desktop I switch between English and Hebrew with
Shift-Space. I set it up in the KDE control panel. I don't remember
exaclty how, and I'm not on Fedora at the moment, but it was fairly
straight-forward (as are most things in the KDE control panel). I also
have a nice little indicator on my task bar that also indicates in
what language I am in, and allows me to switch languages with the
mouse.
