Yum Update and Install

I am trying to YUM UPDATE
and when I did I got this error

--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: missing dep: liblirc_client.so.0 for pkg mplayer
[root at localhost ~]# yum instal liblirc_client.so.0

So... I typed 'yum install liblirc_client.so.0'
and I get this.,,,
No Match for argument liblirc_client.so.0
Nothing to do

Please advise.
