Hi All, I have mysql running, and have connected via MySQLAdministrator and have tried stopping the process via the Stop the Server button in Service Control, but, when going to the terminal and typing mysql it states another process of mysqld is running. [root at localhost bin]# mysql A mysqld process already exists Little confused. Cheers. Mark Sargent.
