need help for installing source code

You can get rid of this warning message using:
# rpm --import /usr/share/doc/fedora-release-*/RPM-GPG-KEY*

OK, you're using the .src.rpm (good). This does not extract the source
into /usr/src, but that's not a problem - it doesn't need to be there.
Just follow the "FC3 method" for building a kernel:

This will result in a customised kernel rpm that you can install and
uninstall easily on as many machines as you like - very convenient.
