Out of topic or maybe not?

Thanks for the answer Alexander.

How can I set the Fedora or web server to use the
charset=iso-8859-1  ?

- Can I edit the /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and change "AddDefaultCharset"
to that value?
- Are there another way to do that?
- Or I must change it in the windows computers?

Thanks in advance.

By default Apache on Fedora Core serves website with UTF-8 charset. If
the files are created with a different charset you get displayed not
what you want. Either create and edit the files on the Windows. host too
with UTF-8 charset or change the setting on the Fedora Apache server
host.

$ grep -n "AddDefaultCharset" /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

will tell you the line the charset is defined.
