upgraded from RHL9 to FC3...now Apache doesn't do PHP

Thanks...but I was aware of that...it was a separate package all along.

Actually, more and more, it looks like TWIG was having its own
issues...and rather than futz with it, I switched to SquirrelMail, which
I'd been thinking of doing for a long time, anyhow.
