FC3 and thunderbird

Thunderbird should pick up the "preferred web browser" from the GNOME 
desktop config - if you are using GNOME. The setup may be changed via 
Preferences->More Preferences->Preferred Applications.

I think perhaps a similar kind of integration is offered for KDE, but I 
haven't tried that.
