Hello,

I use Fedora Core 3 at work on a secondary computer, and after a weeks, I decided to finally migrate to FC and remove WinXP from my main computer.
As I've my FC3 fully configured and working, I thought to simply move harddrive from one computer to another, as I've done several times in the past with other distros (that uses lilo)
However, this time has not been successfull, because when booting, the following comes up on screen and then just sits there:

GRUB Loading stage2...

Both computers have only one HD (the FC3 one) installed as /dev/hda, and one CD-ROM in /deb/hdc

These are the contents of my grub.conf:

# grub.conf generated by anaconda
#
# Note that you do not have to rerun grub after making changes to this file
# NOTICE: You have a /boot partition. This means that
# all kernel and initrd paths are relative to /boot/, eg.
#          root (hd0,0)
#          kernel /vmlinuz-version ro root=/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00
#          initrd /initrd-version.img
#boot=/dev/hda
default=0
timeout=5
splashimage=(hd0,0)/grub/splash.xpm.gz
hiddenmenu
title Fedora Core (2.6.10-1.770_FC3)
        root (hd0,0)
        kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.10-1.770_FC3 ro root=/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 rhgb quiet
        initrd /initrd-2.6.10-1.770_FC3.img

        initrd /initrd-2.6.10-1.766_FC3.img

        initrd /initrd-2.6.9-1.667.img

And if I move HD again to old computer, it is working again. (I am writing this from it)

I am a bit confused.. anyone has any clues ?

Thank you very much in advance !
