cedega and starcraft

Unless you are playing on battle.net, the standard wine should be
fine. But since it seems you have payed for cedega, you may want to
get support from transgaming. They will probably be interested, since
starcraft is one of the best supported games under wine. You may want
to check that the disc and installation are okay. We cannot help much
more without more info such as what exactly it does when it hangs, and
what kind of system you have.
