Tainted: "P"
You've loaded an nvidia module. That will do unknown things to the
kernel.

Tainted: "F" implies that you've force-loaded a module, too.

Do you know how or why a module was force-loaded? Does it happen on a
fresh reboot? How did you install the nvidia modula: from where did you
get it?

Force-loading a module is probably not a good idea in general: it may
leave an unstable system.

But the only people who can debug the panic are nvidia: they're the only
people with all the source code.
