FC3 Sorry, have sound problems (sound card "detected" but no sound)

Right click the volume control in the system tray ( In gnome) click
preferences Select one of the channels that it is going to use. (on
my notebook, it is volume ) onothers it could be something different.
Also check Prefrences--->sound and enable sound events
