How do I get fc3 to stop trying to automount with iocharset=utf8? WASRe: fc3 no longer automounts removable usb devices

Ok, so here is the problem. On insertion of usb
disks, and such, fc3 adds, to /etc/fstab, in addition
to other options, iocharset=utf8.

WHAT file do I edit to change this, as this is
breaking my automount?
