octave/lapack bug

Dear All

My octave often hangs, which seems to be due to a lapack bug reported in
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=146447
However it says the bug has been solved and closed. However I cannot find the updated rpm anywhere. Anybody knows where to find lapack > 3.0-25 for FC3.
