The rpm is on CD #1 (system-config-samba-1.2.21-1.noarch.rpm), it has
been updated since FC3 was released so a better solution would be to use
up2date from the command line to download and install the latest:

	#up2date --nox -i system-config-samba

It's not as powerful as SWAT, Webmin, or editing the config files
directly, but for simple networks it is adequate (and easy).
