Advice on upgrading RH7.3 to FC3 (or 4)?

Hi,

Has anyone got any comments on how to upgrade a RedHat 7.3 machine to
Fedora?

I figure using yum might be troublesome. Would doing a CD upgrade be
safer?

Should I go straight to FC3 or go step by step: RH73 -> RH9 -> FC1 ->
FC2 ->FC3

Any thoughts or experience would be great.
