Mylex AcceleRAID 352 Controller Support

Is there a way to get FC3 and/or FC4 up and running with the above card? The
code for it is here: http://dandelion.sourceforge.net/DAC960.html. But it
needs to be built into the kernel. Of course this can't be done when doing a
fresh install, and I don't know how to build a driver disk.

What happens is FC3 looks like it's going to start installing okay, but it
stops while installing DAC960. I can get out by giving the machine the 3
finger salute which indicates the machine is not frozen, but the install
goes nowhere if left for a couple hours. The controller has the latest
revision of firmware available as does the Intel N440BX mainboard.
