Indeterminate.  rpm -Uvh would not install candidate mozilla packages as 
doing so would result in removal of mozilla 1.7.3 packages being 
replaced and installed version of Epiphany was dependent on 
mozilla-1.7.3.  As I have not used Epiphany I simply removed it to clear 
installation of mozilla-1.7.6 packages and have not subsequently tried 
to install the epiphany package in FC2 updates.

Epiphany in FC2 updates was built and distributed at the same time as 
mozilla-1.7.6 packages with the inadvertent FC3 file dependency.  
Wouldn't the same FC3 file dependency also apply to the Epiphany package?
