FOSS, Shared Calendars, & Outlook

It costs EURO$55 per Outlook client, which is competitive with other
commercial MAPI client providers.  It also supports Evolution, which is
nice.

Thanks for the link.  I've seen the site before, but for some reason
didn't see the Outlook support before.
