Maybe not :(. From what I can see FC2 has yum-2.0 whereas FC3 has
yum-2.1. I'm not an yum expert .. so maybe the groupinstall feature is
missing on FC2 ..

But the following should work nonetheless:

# yum install kde qt arts kdelibs kdebase gtk+ gtk2 redhat-artwork
